DELIVERED FOR A CLIENT

Customer messages answered in minutes. A person sends every one.

Four small AI steps prepare the answer. A person reads it, fixes what needs fixing, and sends it.

Every company gets messages: questions, complaints, requests, and a lot of noise. Someone has to read each one, find the answer in the documentation or in old emails, and write a reply. It is slow, the quality depends on who is on duty, and every message costs real money.

FIG. C — FOUR GATES, ONE PERSON AT THE END.

One message, two ways.

The system reads each message in four small steps. Then a person reads the draft, changes what needs changing, and sends it. Using a small model for the easy steps and a big one only where quality is made is how the whole thing stays both good and cheap.
