If you like them, we talk for thirty minutes. If we go on from there, a short audit follows: we walk through the real process, from what comes in to what goes out, and put numbers on where the time goes. The five-minute diagnostic is an optional first step if you would rather start with a broader look at your business.

ABOUT A WEEK
We decide where the AI goes, where plain code goes, and where a person stays. AI reads and sorts. Code checks every result. A person decides the unclear ones. We pick a small, cheap model for the easy steps and a bigger one only where quality is made. If a workflow change, or a tool you already have, solves it, we say so.
Every design comes with a simple business case: what it costs to run, what it gives back in hours, and how we will know.

Measure
FIRST 30 DAYS AND BEYOND
Every system ships with a scoreboard: items handled, hours given back to the team, cost per item, how often a person had to step in. We watch it, we set alarms, and we tune it. If a system does not pay for itself, we say so and fix it or switch it off. And when a cheaper AI model comes along, we test it on your real past items before we switch.

HOW WE CHARGE
Fixed price. Nothing upfront. You own it all.
Pricing is agreed per project, after we know the task. There is no price list.
- A fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed before we start.
- Nothing to pay upfront. You pay when each milestone is delivered.
- If the agreed scope is not met to your satisfaction, you do not pay for it.
- 30 days of free bug fixes after each delivery.
- Flat fees. The hours are our problem, not yours.
- You own the code, the accounts and the documentation from day one.
- Pricing is agreed per project. Prices are net; business clients outside the EU are invoiced with reverse-charge VAT.
