Fabio spent his consulting years framing problems for companies with entire departments to execute the answer. Small businesses don't have that luxury — the strategy and the build have to come from the same person. That's the gap Giovannini Tech fills: he diagnoses where a business is leaking time, margin, or revenue, then personally builds the system that fixes it — automations, AI tooling, or full custom software.
The proof is in shipped systems: guestSight, a live SaaS for real-time event feedback, and monetization automation running inside client products today. For now, the focus is deliberate: solopreneurs and small teams, where one well-built system changes the shape of the whole week.
